“My chest wall and shoulders are so tight ever since my mastectomy/lumpectomy/radiation therapy. I am so achy and tight since I started hormone therapy. After colon/rectal/anal/uterine/ovarian cancer treatment, I’m having problems with peeing and pooping, and it hurts to have sex. I don’t have any energy. Everyone tells me I should exercise, but I just don’t know how to get started.”
